About the Role
As a Hiring Executive at RA Services, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles across our organisation and client projects. You will be trained to independently execute the entire hiring cycle with a strong focus on quality, communication, and alignment with project requirements.
You will be responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies that support organisational growth, create employment opportunities, and match the right candidates with the right roles.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Drafting and publishing job descriptions on various platforms.
Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Scheduling and facilitating interviews between candidates and project teams.
Maintaining candidate data and status tracking using internal tools or CRMs.
Supporting employer branding efforts by engaging with potential candidates online.
Providing feedback to applicants and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in people and hiring practices.
Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Skills:
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or hiring platforms (preferred, not mandatory).
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring pipelines.
Empathetic, approachable, and professional in candidate interactions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different hiring needs and tools.
Experience:
No prior experience required; ideal for freshers or recent graduates.
Any previous internships or projects in hiring or HR will be an added advantage.
Other Job Details
Work Schedule: 6-day workweek, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Training:
A mandatory 2-month offline training program before full-time onboarding.
Comprehensive training in all hiring processes, HRM tools, and recruitment strategies.
