About the Role
As an Associate Marketing Consultant at RA Services, you will be part of the consulting vertical responsible for overseeing marketing project implementation, analysing performance, and crafting growth strategies for clients. You will work closely with the implementation team and clients to ensure the delivery of impactful, customised marketing solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, problem-solving, and business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with clients to understand their marketing needs and business objectives.
Designing marketing strategies and execution plans tailored to client goals.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaigns.
Monitoring and analysing campaign performance using analytics tools.
Preparing and presenting reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintaining ongoing client communication and building long-term relationships.
Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and business strategy.
Analytical thinking and proficiency with marketing data interpretation.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, or CRM software is preferred.
Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Experience:
Minimum 3 year of experience in marketing or business consulting.
Internships or project experience in a marketing/consulting role will be an advantage.
Other Job Details
Work Schedule:
6-day workweek (Monday to Saturday), 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Training & Onboarding:
A mandatory 3-month offline training or internship period before onboarding.
During training, you will gain hands-on experience across all core marketing functions including SEO, ads, website optimisation, and more.
