About the Role
As a Marketing-Telecaller at Arietis, you will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments for our Abacus and Vedic Maths programs. This is an in-person, female-only role that requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
You will be trained to manage the full sales cycle—from lead follow-up to conversion—while maintaining trust-based communication with parents and guardians. The ideal candidate should be confident, multilingual, and eager to create impact in the education sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
Calling and following up on leads generated by the marketing team.
Convincing parents about the value of Arietis programs and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Sharing regular weekly and monthly reports on lead-to-conversion performance.
Working closely with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Maintaining a professional rapport with parents and acting as a trusted point of contact.
Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence and empathy in parent-facing conversations.
Ability to convince and close leads effectively.
Basic understanding of offline education products and parent concerns.
Languages:
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is mandatory.
Other Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Willingness to work on-site at the Arietis centre in Hyderabad.
Experience
No prior experience required; ideal for freshers or recent graduates.
Previous internships or telecalling experience will be an added advantage.

Other Job Details
Work Schedule:
6-day workweek (Monday to Saturday), 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday is a weekly off
Training & Onboarding:
A mandatory 3-month offline training program before full-time onboarding
Training will take place at the job location (Arietis Centre)
Stipend during training: ₹5,000/month
Post-training salary: 1.8 LPA to 3 LPA
