About the Role

As a Sales Executive at RA Services, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by executing various sales activities and strategies. This role involves:


  • Defining buyer personas and setting up lead capture mechanisms.

  • Engaging with leads in real-time and closing deals.

  • Conducting lead research and implementing multi-channel outreach.

  • Tracking and nurturing leads, qualifying them for further engagement.

  • Developing and implementing customized sales strategies.

  • Using CRM tools to optimize lead conversion processes and track interactions.

  • Collaborating with team members and clients to deliver measurable results.


You will be trained to perform all skills required to execute any sales project within the department, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Basic understanding of sales concepts and CRM tools.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail.

  • Passion for sales and the drive to meet targets.


Experience:

  • No prior experience required; ideal for freshers or recent graduates.

  • Previous internships or projects in sales will be an advantage.

Other Job Details

Work Schedule: 6-day workweek, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Training:

  • A mandatory 2-month offline training program before full-time onboarding.

  • Comprehensive training in all sales processes, CRM tools, and lead management strategies.
