About the Role

As a Sales Intern at RA Services, you will support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, customer engagement, and sales activities. This role provides hands-on experience in various sales processes and helps build foundational knowledge in sales and client relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Conduct market research and identify potential leads.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating CRM databases.

  • Qualify and nurture leads for sales conversion.

  • Support the sales team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.

  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely sales execution.

  • Participate in sales meetings, offering insights and suggestions.

  • Assist in maintaining sales documentation and tracking performance metrics.

  • Support in preparing sales dashboards and updating progress reports.

Requirements

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and CRM tools is preferred.

  • Proactive and eager to learn about sales processes.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Experience:

  • No prior experience required; open to freshers or undergraduate students.

  • Previous internship or exposure to sales activities is a plus.

Other Job Details

Work Schedule: 6-day workweek, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Training:

  • Comprehensive training provided on sales processes, CRM tools, and sales strategies.
